Update, following successful pressure from branch members, Newcastle has now announced they have reversed their decision and will back-pay all monies owed as well as ensure the increased monthly amount is paid from January.

The news is out. PGR teaching contracts should be landing for teaching in the 2023/2024 academic year. This has been the main focus of our PGR & Newcastle Anti-Casualisation Campaign campaigning this year and we will be reviewing the contracts next year. Onwards and upwards. #IndustrialActionWorks
