I am in my 36th year of service. And served in 6 different police forces. I can honestly say I have never ever seen any officers fail to answer an urgent assistance call. Unhelpful and untrue!!

Commissioners Commendations for C/I Potter, Sgt Padmore & PC Tuckett who saved the life of a suicidal male who had jumped into the Marina. They entered the water and recovered the male who was face down and apparently lifeless. Saving his life. Well done!

A bumper year for the RVIPF. Over 30 firearms seized along with 1650 rounds of ammunition and 2 tonnes of cocaine. Also 150 bikes and Scooters seized. Absolutely brilliant well done to all officers and staff for the tremendous efforts in keeping our communities safe.

Following a successful Roads Policing Unit Operation on New Years Eve. Five Motorcycles with loud mufflers were seized on Tortola. This operation was mounted as a direct result of complaints from our communities.#working together

Following an unprecedented number of Homicide cases in the Territory from 2nd September 2020 (10) in total. I am pleased to say 6 have already been detected. 20 suspects have been charged with offences of Murder,Att Murder,Robbery and Firearms Offences. Well done to all involved
