They consider that 80% of full market price is affordable. Which's hypocrisy. To make it affordable the entire price should be affordable alongside the service charges.

How can a freeholder becomes insolvent because of ground rent not paid? It is a payment for nothing.
If freeholders aren't happy about that, they can just sell

The Conservatives refuse to abolish leasehold. Flats that are already built & perfectly fine but unsellable because of abusive leases, could be put on the market.
