Recipient of the 26th Annual Ted G. Ringhofer Memorial Scholarship is Layla Borchert, daughter of Korey & Tanya Borchert. She plans on majoring in Marketing & Pre-Law at the Univ of Kansas. The $1,000 scholarship is given by North Risk Partners & the OACCT Ambassadors.
