30 minutes to go!

Our Y5/6 cricket team are having a lovely morning at Morley CC. Our first game is done- an amazing performance from all but a 19 run win for Oulton. A rest in shade before we play again shortly 🏏

Enjoying some lunch in shade! Game 2 and 3 resulted in Oulton being victorious again. A 14 run win in game 2 and a 15 run win in game 3. I’m sure we’ll be ready to go again once we’ve refuelled 🏏🥪

After a tricky 5th and 6th game, Oulton came 3rd in our group. We’re now on our way home. We are hopeful that we will make it to school in time for pick-up. Texts will be sent if this changes.

Settled in bed after a fantastic game of hide and seek! We’re up bright and early tomorrow for a full day of activities😴🥾🗻

And we’re off! Ready for our day. Group 1 are off Gorge Scrambling this morning and Caving this afternoon. Group 2 and 3 are heading up Ingleborough🥶🧗‍♀️

Group 1 have had BEAUTIFUL☀️☀️weather for our morning activity. Timed it well too- it’s started to rain here! Group 2 and 3 might be a bit soggy on Ingleborough hill 🌧️

Group 1 are wrapped up warm ready to climb Ingleborough! Forecast says it will feel like a chilling -5 degrees🥶❄️

“Miss, are we climbing that?!” “Miss, how are we going to do that?! It’s so steep!”

Group 1 have made it!! 2 hours up, let’s see how long to get back to Ingleborough hall!

Group 1 have made it down Ingleborough. Learning about Gaping Gill before we head back to get ready for home 🏠🏡

Homeward bound! ETA 6:50pm. Expecting to hear some snoring soon😴
