Today, launch of the second seminar of the book project EU Council Presidencies in times of crises IEE-ULB (Bruxelles) College of Europe stay tuned!
In the first panel, Uwe Puetter suggested a theoretical framework to analyze Council Presidencies, Yann-Sven Rittelmeyer and Foret studied the legitimization opportunities of presidencies while Martin Westlake & Oriane Gilloz 🇪🇺 looked at the relations between Euco and Council Presidency
Second workshop of the book project “EU Council Presidencies In Times of Crises” edited by Ramona Coman, Vivien Sierens & Olivier COSTA. Great opportunity to receive feedback & meet all the authors at IEE-ULB (Bruxelles). With Ramona, we chose the case of Article 7 TEU for our chapter.
