Today, a #TotalSolarEclipse will be visible in parts of Ontario between 2:00-4:30 p.m.
Take precaution and avoid looking at the sun unless you are wearing glasses that meet the ISO 12312-2 standard. Observing the eclipse without this protective eyewear is harmful to your vision.

If you’re travelling to southern Ontario to see it, prepare for longer travel times and consider arriving early or extending your stay to avoid traffic.

On April 8, Ontarians will have the rare opportunity to view a partial or total #SolarEclipse between 2:00-4:30 p.m. depending on your location.
It is safe to view the eclipse using protective glasses that comply with the ISO 12312-2 international standard, or via a LiveStream.
If you plan to view the #TotalSolarEclipse in Ontario on Monday, April 8, make sure to do it safely.
