If you are following silly AHA guidelines & shocking VT w/o a pulse unsyncronized (defibrillation)… YOU ARE WRONG!!! There is no difference in VT with or w/o a pulse. The QRS complexes are still the same and all AEDs are synchronize shocking VT by synchronizing with the R-wave.
