📢Unraveling autoimmune queries! Our latest study in Nature Communications introduces the profiling of autoantibody repertoires in #Rheumatoidarthritis with molecular-resolution: Each patient's ACPA IgG1 repertoire is unique and diverse, illuminating the complexity of autoimmune responses
Our paper on the nanoRAPIDS platform is out in Communications Chemistry. The analytical pipeline nanofractionates 10 ul complex culture extract into 384 wells and then determines high-res mass and bioactivity of all peaks.

We just published a new exciting paper on 'Visualization and exploration of linked data using virtual reality'. Great work Alexander Kellmann and MOLGENIS team UMCG Genetica! academic.oup.com/database/artic…
Freely available open access Analytical Chemistry paper on consistency of MS/MS data across instrument manufacturer platforms pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
helps answer the most common question I get regarding MS/MS data. Yes, there is high consistency across QTOFs and QEs, especially at 20eV.
Very nice talk by our colleague Janneke Weiss on the power of long-read genome sequencing - during our #PacBioDay
Our scoping review on the ethical, legal, (psycho)social and economical implications( ELSI) of reanalysis of genomic data is out! Read the full paper here: nature.com/articles/s4143…

By tracing single molecules trapped into an Orbitrap cage for hundreds of km, we could determine their mass with unprecedented precision, breaking a world-record in mass resolution. The mass of a nanocage of about 500000 Da could be measured within an error of 0,5 Da. Faculty of Science, Utrecht University
What will it take to validate biomarkers of #aging and accelerate their adoption in clinical trials? In their Review, Luigi Ferrucci and colleagues discuss progress, challenges and solutions.
