A2: Where to build a community: - where people mention our brand already . If we started from 0, I'd check where people mention competitors' brands - where the influencers hang out - where creating content is easy for me. What content am I good at? Videos or text? #semrushchat

A3. Don't label a customer with negative feedback as a hater. They are someone who is upset with you and want you to fix it. - Respond as quickly as possible. - Acknowledge their feelings. "I am sorry you feel upset". - Fix it if you can, explain it if you can't. #semrushchat

A4. People connect with people, so it's essential to show who is behind the brand. I started showing my face at the end of every #semrushchat. I've met hundreds of people in our community at industry events. Connect with your audience on a personal level.

A5. You don't need in-person events to build a strong community. But it will happen a lot faster, if you do meet with your community face to face sometimes. Downside: events are expensive to host #semrushchat

I saw the numbers and I was literally shaking. Google searches for antisemitic queries are up MASSIVELY since October 7‼️ 🔴 "kill jews" up 1,800% 🔴 "glory to our martyrs" up 12,000% 🔴 "why are jews bad" up 450% 🔴 "intifada revolution" up 12,000% 🔴 "hitler was right" up
