You can't assume you are right or wrong. You just have a mathematical system who back up your trade. From there, everything can change. Your spirit is still open to every shift in the trend. And if something shift, you are able to react.

Trading at the start IS painful. You may have some luck and got few good trade. Or you may just lose your money because you was a fool who FOMO something. It's a game that you can win only with dedication and the ability to bit the pain and turn it into something good.

Many people out there trade and they NEVER opened a trading book. You are crazy because you are competing against guy who just have level of knowledge far higher than you. Do yourself a favor and read the most popular one at least.

The trends is your friend. I don't understand why people try to fight the trend. When it's obviously bullish, why the heck do you try to short ? You want to prove a point ? You are just a fool.

The ego part can't be underestimated. If when you lose, you take it personnaly. It's going to lead you nowhere. Some can't bear the fact they were wrong. It's ok, find the WHY and move on. Nothing personnal with the market.

Trading is not just Buy and Sell. It's psychology, mathematics and understanding how crowds works. If you focus on only one part. You may lose forever. You really need to take in consideration the three metrics to be able to max out your gains depending the scenario.

You need to trade with money you don't need. Why ? Because if you really need it, you will have an emotionnal bond with your trade. And nothing good can come from it. Nobody like to lose money. But losing money you need is a whole other kind of loss.

Why the heck do you keep this loss running ? Because at some point, you may cut the loss because of the pain. The most common mistake is not setting a stop loss. The stop loss is mandatory because it will free you from the mental burden of clicking on the sell button.

You really don't need to be the most smarter guys to win in these markets. But you need to be : - cold blooded - no emotions involved - have a lot of patience These 3 things is not smart related... or maybe :)
