The members of OccupyUWaterloo informed the University that they will be voluntarily decamping by Sunday, July 7, 2024, 8 pm and will not return to form an encampment. The University has agreed to withdraw its claim and injunction proceeding once the encampment is vacated.

Michael Monroe, the Director of Campus “Safety”, threatened students with arrest, oversaw the operation in which students were brutalized and a Palestinian student was repeatedly and deliberately targeted. He makes $200,832 per year.
