On New Year's Eve December 31, 1999 OPP Senior Constable James C. McFadden Badge #5193 died in the line of duty when his police cruiser was struck from behind while on a traffic stop in the Chatham-Kent area. His service and sacrifice will always be remembered. #HeroesInLife
