50 kids who committed to get fast and stronger 3 days a week. Weekly testing of flying sprints and jumps. 4th year of feed the cats Tony Holler , 6th year with Volt Athletics. 146 kids in 3 different lifting classes school wide. We recored, ranked, published, and celebrated.
