Here are our lovely Samaritans training team, hard at work preparing skills sessions for the trainees. Today was full on but a really good day. Our fabulous leader Caroline keeps us all on track.

Just stopping and asking people if they are ok can change someone’s life. We all have our demons and sometimes we need someone to help fight them.

These are challenging times for the #NHS but I am amazed and encouraged by the hard work and compassion shown by everyone at Mid Sussex ATS. They have been so flexible and kept patient care at the forefront. INCREDIBLE!

First shift back on @LGH_AmberPICU since redeployment. Impressed with what I have seen so far. Patient care remains priority even during unsettling times.

Just finished my last shift of redeployment. It certainly has been an experience I won’t forget. But, I cannot wait to get back to the amazing team at Mid Sussex ATS. You guys have not left my thoughts.
