New research from katie spearman Emily Hoppe EmmaJagasia on IPV exposure and protective factors show that protective factors such as maternal health, sensitive parenting, and a secure socioeconomic status help to mitigate negative effects of IPV on child health outcomes.

Children, in fact, have their own constitutional rights to access information uncensored by their parents. They have the right to read what they choose. Human rights do not stop at the schoolhouse. Parents can be their guide, for sure, but kids have their own legal right to read.
