For #SelfCare today I'm going for a bike ride around my local park πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈπŸŒ³πŸ¦Œ(Richmond Park, LondonπŸ‡¬πŸ‡§) It is freezing cold, & I have little motivation, but I know if I push myself to do this I will feel better What are you doing today for self care? πŸ’œ
