It’s very nearly time for us to go! We’ll be tweeting some tips and reminders this week so keep your eyes peeled 👀

💷💰Children need: £10 in an envelope for a deposit for all the equipment they use during the week AND up to £15 for spending money in the shop

🧸 Teddy bears are an essential item when going to Howtown! Every night before bed, the children (and some adults!) gather in their pyjamas, cuddle their teddies and listen to a bedtime story. A perfect end to the busy days!

If your child is going to Howtown on Monday, make sure you’re following Northowram Ullswater Residential for updates! 🛶🧗🏼

🍭🍿 The children will have plenty to eat throughout the day, so will not need any extras. Please do not pack any snacks in suitcases

👄 Lips can get really sore in the cold so send children with a lip balm (or two!)

👟 If possible, children need two pairs of trainers. One pair to wear around the centre in and another pair that can get wet. There are spares at the centre if you do not have two pairs!

🧦 Send plenty of socks! Thick, comfy socks are perfect for under walking boots and wellies

🌯🍎 All children need a packed lunch on Monday. We will eat our lunch when we arrive in Howtown

💦💧Bin bags are a great item for children to put their wet clothes in after a wet activity
