Gr. 6 students learned about the history of residential schools and read the story “Trudy’s Rock Story.” Through the story, they learned how to process and release their emotions by putting their feelings into rocks. @prairieskycbe #NationalDayForTruthAndReconciliation

Students then released these rocks back into their communities today. May they serve as conversation starters with parents and community members around #TruthAndReconciliation in Canada. #NationalDayForTruthAndReconciliation @prairieskycbe
