Artists, I need your advice. I lost an entire collection of artwork to a corrupt folder in June. Months of work gone with no way of getting it back. Would you try and recreate the collection piece by piece or pivot into something new?

Sometimes I envy artists who have a distinct, consistent style. I think it's a great way to brand your work. For me, personally, it's never felt authentic to stick to one style. I like to experiment. I love improvising. I'm infatuated with finding new methods to convey ideas.
