Nicola Tynemouth McVitie's Wikipedia lists it as a ‘biscuit bar’, interestingly. P-pickup a penguin adverts don’t make reference to whether it’s biscuit or bar. Unlike the ‘Club’ however, which is marketed as a ‘biscuit’ (if you like a lot a chocolate on your biscuit...’). Maybe a vote?
