Finally starting to move some stuff at the store. This nightstand of mine just sold for $85, and I got it for $13. My net is $51, meaning I profited $38 on this flip! Not a lot, but it all adds up!

Today was another great day at the sub shop. I mostly did deliveries, but I also washed a few dishes and stocked some chips. I made $97 for four hours of work. $17 of that went to lunch at WingStop 😂

I always try to price my items fairly when I resell them, but I tried something different for these mirrors and priced them *super* low - and they ended up selling in 3 days! I bought them for $10 and they sold for $45, netting me $27 total and $17 in profit.

Also tried a little experiment selling these Waterford sherbet glasses. We normally sell them for $30 to $40 each, but I priced them at just $8 each and they practically flew out the door after just 1 day! Who says crystal is dead? 😂

I worked at the sub shop today instead of yesterday as one of our employees at the furn. store needed to switch days. Today was one of the slower days I can remember - only 3 deliveries, but they all tipped decently. $52 for 3.5 hours. My real job is messing up my side jobs 😂

I had a couple great pick ups at an auction today. I got six of these West Elm side tables that retail for $200 a piece for $133. I should be able to sell them for $100 to $125 each. I also got a marble side table for $50 that I should be able to sell for $150 to $195.

It had to be done 😂

I just sold this “Bon Appetit” plaque for $18. I got it, along with 12 other wall decor pieces, for just under $19 total. My net is $10.80, which means most of my cost has already been covered! Now I just gotta sell the remaining pieces 😂

This week’s schedule got messed up too, so I worked today at the sub shop instead of tomorrow. Made $85 for four hours of work - much better than last week 😂

It’s been a couple weeks since I’ve worked at the sub shop, due to being sick one week and having to work at my main job last Thursday, so it was nice getting back in the kitchen. I wrapped pickles, made coleslaw, and took about 8 deliveries. Made $67 for four hours.

It’s been slow at the furniture store lately, but this fake plant of mine just sold for $18!
