Nerds Unlimited CP24 Both parties have different interests and with inflation there isn't a way to solve these issues but with the Government of Canada could.

CP24 Because imo, if you lowered Property taxes and maintenance costs for a property owner they could charge lesser rent for the tenant. Making both parties happier no? This whole thing just seems flawed. Keep the poor, poorer and the only one that wins is the big corporations.

CP24 Like not even the little guy trying to get by is winning here. At this rate you're going to have a lot of international buyers,when the ban is lifted, buying up all the homes and renters will be forced to emigrate elsewhere all over again.
