Raoul Walsh's out of print autobio, "Each Man in His Time," is an incredibly important account of not only Walsh's life but the creation of cinema. It's fucking VITAL. There're roughly 10 copies for sale online, the cheapest =$50. RN, w/out Internet Archive, that history dies.

THE SHROUDS is great — the most moving Cronenberg since M. BUTTERFLY but also quite funny. Much of the madcap conspiracy stuff that felt stilted in his novel just works here.
