Hey Marvel Entertainment ever consider introducing a Sikh superhero into the MCU or comics? Core tenets of the faith are seva (selfless service) and fighting injustice. And we have a history as warriors. It makes perfect sense to me. BTW, I'm available to write that script or comic. 😉

Anyone else find it odd that many people can connect with an egocentric, arrogant, billionaire war profiteer who had to keep relearning not to be selfish but seem to struggle to relate to an enthusiastic, super fan teenager dealing with love, family, and discovering her identity?

An elementary school in Queens chose Fauja Singh Keeps Going as their Book of the Month, and I happily went to meet the kids. So many of the kids were Punjabi and Sikh — and I can't describe how their eyes shined when they saw a hero who looked like them.

The Sikh Gurus opposed social inequalities and tyrannical rule during their time. Today in Punjab, we're seeing civil liberties denied in the "world's largest democracy." It's a calculated effort to silence us. We must keep speaking up. #Sikh #punjab

It’s soooo cool that Transformers One is all about body autonomy. Body autonomy and religion and politics and caste systems and how these all intersect and influence someone’s political ideology and it does it in a film suitable and entertaining for kids and adults

Never has there been a time when the need for new mediums of connection communication, education, & advocacy is more urgent. The old ones have failed. It's a time for reimagination, rededication, and, ultimately, renewal.

is the left “obsessed” with gender, sexuality, race, etc, or are they just constantly having to defend people in marginalized groups against a right wing that’s ACTUALLY obsessed with gender, sexuality, race, etc

A lot of people say they voted for Trump because they're struggling and think he'll be good for the economy but, idk man, just...work harder. Pick yourself by the bootstraps and take some personal responsibility for your low income. 🤷🏾
