Shocking data from Shelter & Chartered Institute of Housing

We urgently need government to restore Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rates to at least 30% of market rents to increase housing affordability for low-income households

Restoring LHA rates is vital to preventing and relieving homelessness

Submissions to the National Housing Federation EDI data collection are still coming in from housing associations across England.

We’ve launched the Better Social Housing Review action plan today.

The plan shows the sector’s commitment to making improvements where they are needed. It builds on the great work housing associations are already doing to improve their homes and services.

We had a fantastic London Leaders Forum on Monday, it was great to see so many of our members in person and to engage in some important topics together
