Building on brownfield land alone will not deliver enough homes to fix the housing crisis, so it’s right to consider how our approach to the green belt can better serve our country & our communities
This should form part of a strategic & properly funded long-term #PlanForHousing
Research shows we’re not on track to meet demand for #SupportedHousing by 2040 meaning more people will be at risk of homelessness, face longer stays in residential or institutional care & have longer hospital stays
That’s why we need a #PlanForHousing that leaves no one behind
