Cool start in some areas this morning, as colder air drained into the lowest locations. San Angelo hit a 40 degrees (coldest morning since 38 degrees on April 8th). Other locations include 37- Sterling City, 40-Mertzon & Doole, 41 at Brownwood. and 42-Albany & Wall. #sjtwx #txwx
