3 months in & we’re really starting to see the fruits of the Innovation Board. So much JDI improvement happening across Nottingham University Hospitals with a few exciting transformational projects brewing. Nice to hear we’re seen as useful & helpful to colleagues though, that’s main thing ✅

Nottingham, Derby, Burton, Chesterfield, Leicester, and Northampton are now confirmed to be joining a collaboration to deliver major digital change to our hospitals.

We are yet to fully imagine the enormous possibilities that this will bring for our staff and patients.

Great to hear from the Gynaecology team today at GIRFT Innovation Board about their simple top tips to succeed in working through their Further Faster pack. Dedicated time, data cleanse, small weekly cadence group, passion project first and ‘go and see’ 👌🏻

So much great work to showcase and further opportunities to pursue.

Since new pathway started in August 2023 we have now hit 100 day case hip & knee replacements!
15% now go home on the day, and 73% within 48 hours!
