Water based training with Niagara Parks Police Service and Niagara Falls Fire - Canada. Joint training with other emergency services allows us share ideas and learn about each others capabilities/equipment.

All boaters must be familiar with the water ways they are in. East of Fifty PT Marina is the Winona Range. On the water is a series of yellow markers that form a box shape from land. Stay out of this area for you safety.

PSA for boaters on Lake Ontario. DND will be conducting live fire training July 8 - 9am to 4pm at Winona Range. Area marked by yellow buoys and on navigation charts. Stay out of the area east of Fifty Point Conservation Area.

Be like this group of boaters when you head out on the water. Make sure to have enough personal floatation devices onboard for everyone. They also have to be of appropriate size and Transport Canada approved. #safeboating

As vessel operators you must know where you can go legally and safely. This view is from Heywood Generation Station looking down the Port Dalhousie channel. It is illegal under the VORR and unsafe to cross the point marked. Be safe and stay away from the area. #safeboating
