What a brilliant review of #BabyReindeer by Dr. Aaron Balick 🍉 . The complexity of the show is far more reflective of real life than so much of what we see relating to trauma and harm on our tv
Today, on LockedUpLiving we delve into the intricate and often overlooked world of women involved in violence, both as perpetrators and victims. Joining me and David Jones is the distinguished Anna Motz ForensicPsychotherapy an expert in clinical psychology and forensic psychotherapy.

Dr Naomi Murphy Piers Cross These places have no shame. Always making out they care about the child’s wellbeing and mental health - completely ignoring the fact that being sent away from home at such a young age creates attachment trauma - at least they offer therapy alpacas! 🙄
If Fettes College & Fettes Prep was REALLY interested in kindness it would shut up shop. And if the children’s parents were at all kind they wouldn’t send their children away. Especially not to Prep School. Or bother having them in the first place.

Sending kids off at 7/8 is the antithesis of empathy. A wealthy elite has lost sight of real nurture. Suzanne Zeedyk joycemcmillan Alex Renton

We know what it’s like for people trapped in prison for years indefinitely when they’ve committed relatively minor offences,
Then there’s Julian Assange who hasn’t been convicted of any offence - also trapped in this anguishing position. It’s inhumane.

The profound assault on dignity. The everyday tune that’s normal for here. The smell of humanity trapped within the walls.
This week me and David Jones are talking about sensory overload and deprivation within prison walls with Kate Herrity and Jason Warr for
