MAJOR: A federal appeals court just denied an attempt by county clerks to stop a lower court ruling eliminating the county line in the June Democratic primary.

The legal fight isn't over, but we're one step closer to democracy in NJ. #AbolishtheLine

New Jersey should not follow the lead of states like Florida and Arizona by introducing a school voucher scheme.

We signed this open letter with dozens of state and national public education advocates to urge lawmakers to reject a school voucher bill.

It was, always has been, and still is #AbolishtheLine .

“Every county in the State is now able to present races in office-block format...There is absolutely no credible evidence of an ‘undue risk to the administration of this year’s primary elections.’”
