Arthur Kaliyev isn’t in the lines and groups for practice today after leaving early during yesterday’s session. Alex Turcotte will skate in Kaliyev’s spot alongside Akil Thomas and Trevor Lewis.

Day 3 getting started.

Group A vs. Group B scrimmage about to get underway. Kopitar line (Team White) starts against the Danault line (Team Black).

Danault with the re-direct chance stopped by Kuemper.

Andreas Englund and Samuel Helenius finish a physical shift with some pushing and shoving after the whistle. Kyle Burroughs steps in to voice his displeasure.

Fiala with a Fiala-like cross ice feed to Foegele for the one-timer goal. That line with Byfield in the middle looks good early on in camp.

High fives and hugs after another physical scrimmage. Team White beat Team Black 3-1 with goals by Kempe (x2) and Foegele.

Change to the LA Kings practice schedule today - Group A still goes at 10 AM, but expecting that to be more of an NHL team skate, with most veterans now in Group A. Groups B & C will then scrimmage at 11:30. Should be a lot of guys pushing to make an impression in that one.
