40 students were inducted into the Shaker High School Chapter of the Tri-M Music Honor Society earlier this afternoon. North Colonie Superintendent Kathleen Skeals was also inducted as an honorary member at today's ceremony. Congratulations to all! #music

On Saturday, October 5, members of the SHS 11-12 Band performed patriotic music at the send-off ceremony for the Leatherstocking Honor Flight. 90 veterans flew out of Albany International Airport to Washington, D.C. to visit the war memorials and Arlington National Cemetery.
