This is what the Lakers are left with 🤦‍♂️ I blame the front office for taking so long to trade for a center. They traded for one last minute and had to void the deal. If they made a trade weeks ago like AD wanted, they would have had a good center by now, even if it wasnt Williams

Luka makes his debut tonight for the Lakers. JJ Redick will be challenged now, and I think he has to stagger Luka and LeBron's minutes like crazy, similar to how the Cavs do it with Garland/Mitchell, if Lakers want any chance of this working. Should be interesting to see

I can't believe I saw some Lakers fans hyping up Len in my timeline. Sometimes I wish fans could be realists. Len is trash and always has been. As a Lakers fan, it's embarrassing seeing fans overrate players that we sign

Ok, ok, I saw some potential with the Luka/LeBron duo today. Surprisingly they looked really good defensively, even without a center. The Lakers wings were playing swarming D on Jokic. Good gameplan by JJ Redick, too. Hoping they can keep this up

My biggest concern with the Luka/LeBron pairing was defense. Surprisingly the defense has been great and Redick does deserve a lot of credit for that. However, the lack of interior defense and size still concerns me in the long run. But so far, Luka/LeBron duo proving me wrong 👏

I HATE this "reckless closeout" fouls. Silver added this soft rule all b/c of one freak injury years ago. Players are not looking to purposely injure others. However, these players ARE definitely taking advantage of this rule by throwing themselves to the ground on every shot

And Adam Silver wonders why NBA ratings are down. Its a national TV game and star players are sitting out with fake injuries. B2b's have become optional for these guys. Adam Silver needs to crack down on load management. These players are babied too much. Soft and embarrassing

A big game between the Warriors & Nuggets on National TV, and guess what? No Jokic, Murray or Braun for Denver. Yawn...I was looking forward to this game to see if Warriors are for real. THIS IS WHY NBA RATINGS ARE DOWN NBA

I don't know why people are surprised by the Clippers winning 50 games. This roster was a better fit even without PG. Me and my boy OBSDN 🕊 called it way back in October. I projected them to win 45+ games and they did.

Yea..Lakers demonstrating everything I touched on when the Luka trade happened. Lack of defense in the half court, Luka getting thrown in picks, stagnant offense, and absolutely no size in the middle. They exceeded expectations during the season but playoffs are different

This is exactly what we're seeing right now. It might be a move for the future but I still would have loved to see what the original team would have done in the playoffs with AD. Plus, still think the Lakers could have gotten a different star in the future

Look at the Warriors getting physical with the Wolves and making them look rattled. The Lakers were just a really soft team with 3 perimeter defensive liabilities. Too soft, while also pouting for no-calls

DLO will thrive here because he has defenders all around him and the freedom to run the offense. Good replacement for an injured Kyrie
