Take Time Families before the Easter break had a visit from Chloe from Multiply, she brought along treats and led group in clock making 🕑 Each of our families left with a starter tool kit to help calm and support that will be built on over the rest of the years workshops🙂

Bounce Back Your Resilience Programme is at Dalry Primary School pupils got involved by looking at their emotions in Body mapping ☺️🧠🗣

Latest school to uptake Bounce Back your Resilience Workshops is Whitehirst Park PS, they started off with lots of ideas and discussion around emotions 🙂🗣

Our Take Time Families group has been looking at our emotions and communication we continued this with a Kit Bag session creating a space of calm to use the kit with out families, we then got outside to make the most of the great weather 🙂🌞

Kit Bag is so versatile, it can be used for most any age and open up conversations and healthy relationships, we took this to Garnock Valley Youth Forum where they really embraced the concept! We are really looming forward to taking this work further within the community 🙂🧠🗣
