Tonight we have NARS First Responders Karen Smithson & Pat out on shift providing cover where needed. Karen’s full time job is a director of a global event marketing company and also is an Emergency Medical Technician with EEAST Ambulance Service and Pat runs a small holdings farm

This morning we are in Wymondham with a local group talking through how to perform CPR and how to use their publicly accessible AED on the side of Fairland Church on Fairland Hill. We’ve brought one of our first ever NARS Kits from 1970!

NARS Paramedic Tom has just finished his 3 days of voluntary cover on our base vehicle ‘EC11’ and was tasked to 8 calls. Thanks Tom for your dedication to Norfolk especially as these are your rest days from your full time job as a firefighter!

Okay so we may not have a horse & cart ambulance and it may have been an April Fools Joke but we do carry on our Easter cover with NARS Doctor Dominic, CCP Carl, Paramedic Craig, Nurse Sue & First Responder Steve M all booked on shift today and out providing cover! #TeamNARS

We are pleased to announce our latest and 6th base response unit! This vehicles engine is 2 horse power but very economical! On shift today is NARS Paramedic April!

April is currently getting ready for her shift with no horsing around and certainly will not stirrup any trouble!

NARS Doctor Chris Chadwick gave up his Easter Sunday to provide his enhanced skills voluntarily to you today attending one serious life threatening emergency. He also helps to run ED NNUH also responds for the East Anglian Air Ambulance. EEAST Ambulance Service
