Interesting- we often see this in new diagnosis myeloma. We have implemented CFS and the IMWG frailty assessment- it’s early days and in some patients it is difficult to assess baseline due to nature & effects of disease and long lead time to diagnosis.

Healthcare workers can't get tested, yet private tests available for £375 if you can afford it. Why aren't the govt buying them up to get everyone in the NHS tested so they check if they are safe to work rather than self-isolating for 14 days without knowing.
