Following the successful performance upgrade of Moodle on 3rd April, we have now scheduled a further upgrade for Moodle on Thursday 23rd April between 06:00 and 12:00. Moodle will be unavailable during this period. We will provide another update once the upgrade is complete

We're working on a problem affecting some users of the MyMMU App and website - in the meantime all users can go direct to moodle.mmu.ac.uk or mytimetable.mmu.ac.uk

We are aware of an issue affecting login to a number of University systems - we understand Microsoft are working to fix and will update when we have more information

University services, such as Moodle, that were affected by the global Microsoft outage are now returning to normal

We are currently experiencing an intermittent service disruption to Microsoft Teams⚠️ Some users are currently unable to join meetings via a Teams meeting link. Where possible Teams Meetings should be joined using the ‘Join Teams Meeting‘ option in the Outlook meeting invite.

The issue is impacting Europe and Asia and is currently being investigated by Microsoft. This is affecting the ability to join some teaching sessions. Further updates will be provided once available.

We’ve identified the root cause and performed mitigation actions. We’re seeing signs of recovery and will continue to monitor the service. Users still experiencing impact should restart their clients to expedite recovery. Further details can be found under TM252802.
