Last year we used spatial transcriptomics from 15 samples to explore how Cancer Hallmarks are distributed in space We have just finished a new version where we analyze 63 tumor samples from 10 cancer types to extend the original findings Here's what we learned 👇

Congrats Aymara and Paula! Beautiful paper integrating single-cell and spatial transcriptomics to understand the effects of aging in the human myometrium From our end, DanielaGrases did all the spatial data and @mustaphasibai helped with the analyses nature.com/articles/s4146…

And it's posted! Comparison of spatial transcriptomics technologies across six cancer types VISIUM + CytAssist + CosMx + Xenium + CytAssist protein On serial sections from 6 human tumors Tweetorial coming tomorrow biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Last week I had a wonderful time at the #SpatialOmics24 conferences in Ghent, with 2 days full of inspiring talks and mind-blowing advancements in the field of spatial biology and technologies. Also very thankful to the organizers for the oppurtunity to present our latest work.

Congratulations 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼! It's not everyday you get to see one of your favourite preprints published. I was still sharing the preprint results in my teaching on Friday. Can't wait to dive into the final version of this amazing work 🙏🏾.

Raffaele Di Giacomo, PhD The BATLLE Lab CNIO Stop Cancer OncoAlert Cell Reports Thank you for your kind words and thoughtful insights! The integration of spatial biology and tumor ecology indeed has the potential to reshape therapeutic strategies. By understanding the microenvironment and its interaction with tumors, we aim to refine drug selection and
