The exhibition “Life and Death - Glory of Pompei” aims to offer the Georgian public, for the first time, a journey on the theme of living in the ancient city, with the intention of illustrating the daily life of Pompeii.

The archaeological site, which is known to the scientific world as the 'Pompeii of Georgia', will display several Pompeian finds in its museum alongside its own very interesting permanent collection.

The remains belong to the Eurasian hunting dog, which probably first evolved in East Asia around 1.8 million years ago and died out about 800,000 years ago. on.natgeo.com/3xeriGE
