I keep seeing exhausted people trying to solve problems. That fatigue depletes their ability to engender creative solutions for the very problems that vex them! “I’m exhausted because I have too much work, but that exhaustion impedes me from finding solutions.” Step back. Rest.

Tomorrow I leave for my favourite event- the humble honour of training Union #IronWorkers. Truly, they’ve taught me more than I’ve taught them. But this Master Stone Mason’s daughter knows about building things that last, & that is that progress, growth, change-aren’t linear.🧵
