The No. 4 NSHS Northmen Mount St. Charles Athletics boys volleyball team beats No. 5 Classical in for games to advance to Tuesday's state semifinal at RIC. Tom Matchett owned the fourth game.

Our boys track team competed in the JV State Championships earlier this week. Ernie Benvenuto competed well in the javelin. Sam Dumas was 7th overall in the 110 hurdles. Dan Belisle broke 5 minutes in the 1500 running 4:56.09. Matt Donahue ran a strong 1500.

Our boys and girls track teams will be traveling to Providence this afternoon where they will be competing in the State Championships at Conley Stadium!

Emmy Belvin had an incredible performance at the State Championships last weekend. She ran a PR of 2:14.44, a school record, earning 2nd Team All State honors. She ran at New England’s this weekend & will be heading to Eugene, Oregon for the Nike Outdoor Nationals!

Boys track team member Ethan Fadden closed out the season with one of his best races yesterday at the New England Championship. He won his heat of the 3200 meters. He ran 9:35.86, beating the school record by nine seconds!
