Room 136 is happy to welcome Quarantino Blueberry Moir to our classroom. We are looking forward to learning more about Quarantino and his adventures.

In December of 2019, Reese Ketler sustained severe injuries to his neck and upper back playing the game he loves in a tragic accident. We recently caught up with Reese and his family to see the great progress he has made.

As part of our Carpathia School Wide theme, Endangered Birds, we are hatching eggs. We have 12 chicken eggs due to hatch around March 23. Carpathia School @WinnipegSD

Our first egg is about to hatch. We have been learning about birds and caring for the eggs has been exciting. The students in Room 110 have been taking turns turning the eggs 3 times a day for the last 3 weeks. We have been waiting for this moment. Carpathia School

The chick took approximately 8 hours to hatch. The students in Room 110 got to watch a live stream of the hatching. The chick is now learning how to walk and is taking a well deserved rest. Carpathia School
