This girl...on most mornings she was a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. I miss her feedback, mostly because it was what a typical day in my Kindergarten classroom looked like last Fall before Covid. This Fall...not sure? 🤷‍♀️😢🌥Syracuse Latin Syracuse City School

Teachers don’t always need a new strategy, a new activity, or a new resource. Sometimes… what they need is some encouragement. They need to be reminded that they are professionals, that they are good at what they do, and that what they are doing every day really does matter.
