Y6 are all ready for their residential on Monday! We can’t wait

This was asked last minute to do a group sing along at our district sports event. I even got all the parents involved by the end. I love that scouting pushed me to do things I find challenging too.

These 2 enjoyed dressing up as the 1950's and the 2000's today for their jubilee celebrations. They had a wonderful time thanks to all the staff Holy Family Catholic Primary School.

The youngest loved dressing up as Melanie C / Mel C for her class to celebrate their decade of the 2000's at the jubilee party. She was rocking her #girlpower today.

Learning to helm a bell boat today having fun on the water. When teaching children to take risks you have to be able to take them yourself right😁 pushing myself to learn nee skills can't wait to have fun with children and adults on the water. Merseyside Scouts #lotc

We had a wonderful leaver’s Mass for Y6 today Holy Family . Thank you to Father Kevin and Father John. We missed sharing it with Mrs Shiels our chair of governors. We hope you feel better soon. May the Holy Spirit guide Y6 on their new journey.

Such a fun had by all Shirley Hughes we also learned the poem Sand which the children performed to the whole school they were very proud.

Following on from the laminating posts, a few people have asked about peg labels. I’ve just made a little investment and bought these mini hanging chalk boards to hang on their coat pegs. It was 4.98 for 12.

Great evening tonight at beavers I was presented with my 5 year service award and my second wood beads certificate for becoming section leader. Feeling very proud.

Proud to represent such a wonderful school last night at the Prideofseftonawards we had a wonderful time. It was so nice that the school was nominated after my nomination. They have supported me through my mum's battle with cancer which she unfortunately lost a few months ago.
