AJH is currently cool, & classrooms are at normal, comfortable temperatures of 71-73 degrees. We have our external heating & cooling specialists on-site this morning to monitor our system. Our priority is to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. #AJHComets

IMPORTANT: School is canceled for Powers Elementary School TODAY - Friday, September 27th. There is a water main break affecting Powers and AJH. We will give more updates very soon!

AJH UPDATE: Students are getting access to personal cell phones. AJH students and staff will work together to contact parents. Parents can pick up students starting now. We are working on a bus dismissal plan. Thank you for patience! Students are calm and cooperative!

AJH UPDATE: Bus riders who have made contact with their parent to go home on the bus are being loaded onto buses right now. Any student who we have not made contact with a parent will REMAIN at AJH until we get parent approval for dismissal.
