Pretty spooky, #GitHubCopilot guessed the 3rd row of V = x dot W_init() after writing out the 1st and the 2nd row. Despite the typo . instead of , in the 2nd row!

I was a customer in 2021, asking for a year-long sub for my birthday. I was sorely disappointed. Masterclass gets famous people, sets up with high quality video… and I learned nothing. Teaching was poor/nonexistent. Never buying it again. Good marketing, poor repeat value.

There is a category of formal proofs that various things are impossible: the halting problem, the traveling salesman problem, Arrow's theorem, etc. As a general rule, I don't like these and don't think they are very useful in building or thinking about real-world systems.

you need to be 737 maxxing. you need to have a few screws loose. you need to be dramatically throwing open doors to feel the fresh air outside. you need to be keeping yourself grounded. you need to be lighting yourself on fire occasionally just to feel something.

ceiling is being raised. cursor's copilot helped us write "superhuman code" for a critical feature. We can read this code, but VERY few engineers out there could write it from scratch.

ceiling is being raised. cursor's copilot helped us do "superhuman TA" for a critical market inflection point. We can read this analysis, but VERY few analysts out there could draw it from scratch.

[consoling a friend after a breakup] HIM: I won’t find anyone as good as her ME (just finished watching Moneyball): we’ll recreate her in the aggregate
