As a teacher, you're sometimes privileged to witness life moments. I saw a girl approach a boy to ask if he wanted her number. He paused, then pulled out his phone. Utter joy on the girl's face. I then confiscated the phone as it's against rules to have it out in the corridor.

What is all this insanity of people getting up at 5am! You need to ask this question if non teachers. My routine now is the same as it was when teaching. Up at 7 get myself and kids ready, 30min commute, work at 8. Home by 5ish. Difference is now there is zero evening work.

So this is what I've done in the year(ish) since leaving teaching. I career reversed back into engineering and this is my first big project approaching completion. I've lead the software control effor on this new product line of battery electric double deckers. It's been fun.

Wonder if anyone has tried a school time table with chatGPT yet. Seems like an ideal task if you feed it the general rules. Quite alot of input but once done I reckon it'd be a good start for a human to improve upon.

Very poor from PEUGEOT UK with an exhaust cam chain failure leading to engine failure. Not a serviceable part, a known failure that now has an uprated chain. Car only done 38k and is 5yr 4mth old. Nothing from warranty no good will offer for the sake of 4mnths. Never buy again!
