Primary 1R have been working hard during our Gymnastics lessons ๐ Today we worked on how to land safely and create shapes in the air. There were some excellent pencil shapes on displayโ๏ธ Bowhouse PS Miss Reekie and P1R

Well done to our S1 Boys Football Team for their 5-2 victory in the Scottish Plate. A great game to watch with the boys playing some great team football. Goal-scorers were Luis x2, Kenzie, Olly, and Callum. Grangemouth HS GrangemouthHSPE
Primary 6 and 7 were bringing the energy today during our Social Dancing!! A great display of dance moves, but also highlighting our teamwork and respect within our group danceโs. All pupils were excellent ๐บ๐ Primary 7G & Miss Gorrie Bowhouse PS

S3 Electives have been collecting data on their volleyball performance last week ๐ The pupils have been showing great improvements on their knowledge on the activity and are demonstrating this through our games๐ Pupil of the Week this week was Jack โญ๏ธ GrangemouthHSPE
Both P4/5 classes were working on our Hand-Eye coordination for our Racket Skills today. We used beanbags to learn our hand grip and the movement that we will use when we add in the tennis balls. Hereโs some action shots from their great work ๐พ P5/4F and Mrs Ferguson Bowhouse PS
Huge well done to Issac our Electives Pupil of the Week this week โญ๏ธ Issac gave excellent answers in both theory and practical and demonstrated great engagement as we learned about different training approaches that improve our performance ๐๏ธ๐ธ GrangemouthHSPE Grangemouth HS
S1โs were putting in the work as they looked to travel the world by completing different fitness challenges โ๏ธ Pupils set goals to reach their chosen destination, which we discovered to help motivate us ๐๏ธ GrangemouthHSPE
P2 moved onto our Fitness Block today as we began learning about stamina and the effect exercise can have on our bodies ๐ซ We completed 9 different exercises with all pupils working super hard ๐ช Have a look at some of them in action ๐ธ Moray Primary School
Primary 2W were working on our underarm throwing today as part of our Athletics block. We were working on using different types of power to try and hit a target. Excellent work from all ๐ ๐ Moray Primary School
Primary 1 were working hard as we used both underarm and overarm throws during our clean the garden game. Pupils showed great enthusiasm and even started using our feet position as we threw each ball. Well done all ๐ Miss Reekie and P1R Bowhouse PS
Big thanks to our wonderful Young Sports Leaders who done an amazing job delivering activities to the Bowhouse pupils for Sports Day today ๐ They done the school incredibly proud and made great role models for the younger pupils ๐ Future stars in the making๐ Grangemouth HS
